What Ada loves most about teaching is seeing the transformation in her students. She draws inspiration from them for her flow sequences, capturing their journey through her "Student Highlight of the Month" project.
Anissa loves the mental stimulation of Yoga and Sculpt. She finds it a great opportunity to tune in and focus on the communication between the body and the mind.

Elida teaches yoga and pilates because she loves watching how movement brings so much joy to people’s lives. It is her goal to help people find confidence and peace in their mind and body through movement.
Elizabeth is committed and passionate about creating classes that inspire connection through movement and breath work. Watching her students transform their lives is why she loves yoga.
Karen loves sharing her practice and inspiring other yogis. She has seen how yoga changes both mind and body, and creating a safe space where students move together is one of her greatest joys.
Teaching since 2010, Melissa shares her passion for yoga's healing powers · both physical and mental. Her Vinyasa Flow classes stretch and strengthen, increase endurance and decrease tension through breath and continuous movement.
Roxy finds yoga to be an opportunity to express freely and learn about body, mind and soul every time she comes to the mat.
Sarah fell in love with Serenity as a yoga student and now teaches mat Pilates here. She intends for every student to leave class with a good sweat and a blissful smile.
Sonia's yoga journey began over ten years ago. She loves the balance that yoga brings to her mind, body and spirit. Through teaching, her goal is to help others feel good and be healthier overall.
Tosha began her yoga journey at 15 and has never looked back. Since becoming a teacher in 2016, she invites students to bring yoga's transformative mindset off the mat · believing yoga is one of life's greatest medicines.
